It looks like this little guy is having the time of his life out fishing amongst the big waves catching the luckiest fish of all to the Japanese the Tai fish. The red fish Tai symbolizes luck and prosperity in Japan.  We love the graphic detail and the thoughtfully placed gold foil stamping on the fishes eyes, and on the fishing line.
