SHIPPING

We ship to the 48 states* and you can choose shipping rates in check out.  We also offer free pick up for local Twin Cities guests and we can do free shipping/delivery for Twin Cities guests if you are in need.   More details below

We now offer HI, Alaska and international shipping , we do our best to provide accurate shipping quote, if we find the shipping comes in lower, we are happy to provide you with a credit on your order, direct to you.  If it is higher, alot higher than what we estimated, we will reach out to you.  In rare circumstances we might need refund your order.

We are small so we will give you the best rates we can in shipping.  We are also aware of all the excess packaging in the world so will make efforts to reuse packaging that we are shipped, but of course only if it is in tip top condition. 

We are new at this, so expect there to be changes in shipping as we experiment our way through this. 

For now standard shipping is 12 dollars or if we can ship it cheaper through the shipping calculator we are happy to ship it to you for less - choose that one.  We will be offering different shipping promotions so come check often. 

LOCAL  PICKUP

For local pickup at the shop please choose in-store pickup at check out, If you are in need of local delivery please put it in the notes.

Yes we do returns, we want you to be happy with your purchases. We would appreciate it if is in within 30 days and the return need come back in the condition we sold it to you in.  

If something is defective, please email us at hello.shopumei@gmail.com with a picture of the item and we will pay for your shipping defective merchandise back & figure out how best to remedy you not having what you asked for. 

If you just changed your mind then we ask that you be responsible for your return shipping and please ship it back to us within 30 days of receiving.   

Also we please need you to email us before you send it back, so we can give you an up to date return address  as our Minneapolis shop is not receiving shipments at this time.
