We ship to the 48 states* and you can choose shipping rates in check out.  In these days of extraordinary times we offer free pick up for local Twin Cities guests and we can do free shipping/delivery for Twin Cities guests if need.   More details below

We are small so we will give you the best rates we can in shipping.  We are also aware of all the excess packaging in the world so will make efforts to reuse packaging that we are shipped, but of course only if it is in tip top condition. 

We are new at this, so expect there to be changes in shipping as we experiment our way through this. 

For now standard shipping is 12 dollars or if we can ship it cheaper through the shipping calculator we are happy to ship it to you for less - choose that one.  We will be offering different shipping promotions so come check often. 

LOCAL CURBSIDE PICKUP

For local pickup at the shop please use code UMEICURBSIDE.  As we find our way through the coronavirus, we will be available for curbside pickup every Saturday.  When you arrive for curbside, pls just call or text us @ 612.239.0056. When you arrive, we have will bring your order outside to a table and you can come pick it up - or if you need us to place it in your trunk or back seat for you we can do that to, just let us know when you call or text.   We will of course be keeping our distance to keep you safe.

If those times and hours don't work for you for pickup- call, DM us, we will try to figure something out to meet your needs.

CURBISIDE | CAN'T PICK UP? | DON'T WORRY

We realize not everyone in the Twin Cities can get out for pick up, so if you need we will work with you to deliver it to you no cost (at least while gas prices are low), we just ask for your patience in scheduling delivery.  Use UMEITWINSDELIVERY code.

RETURNS

Yes we do returns, we want you to be happy with your purchases.

If something is defective, email us at hello.shopumei@gmail.com with a picture of the item and we will pay for your shipping defective merchandise back.  If you just changed your mind then we ask that you be responsible for your return shipping and please ship it back to us within 30 days of receiving.   

Also we please need you to email us before you send it back, so we can give you an up to date return address for these extraordinary coronavirus times, as our Minneapolis shop is not receiving shipments at this time.
