Development Background: "Grater" is essential for grinding ingredients. Freshly grated seasoning adds aroma and color to the dishes. However, conventional graters are difficult to clean and have hurdles to use them on a daily basis.
We have developed a "Tomita type grater" that does not use a sharp blade so that we can solve such problems and enjoy the deliciousness and aroma of freshly grated on a daily basis.

"Ajiro pattern protrusion" that is effective and safe to touch

"Ajiro pattern protrusion" refers to a protrusion that intersects in a staggered shape. The resistance can be dispersed well, creating a surprisingly smooth grating experience.
In the "Tomita-style grater", we have adopted "Ajiro pattern protrusion" so that the ingredients can be grated more effectively and safely.
Because there is no sharp blade, it does not hurt to touch it with your finger, and it can be easily cleaned with a sponge!

In that respect, the "Tomita-style grater" adopts a protrusion that does not hurt even if you touch it, so even small ingredients such as garlic can be safely grated to the end without waste.

"Tomita-style grater" is shaped like a plate with a raised edge, and it is a design suitable for use on the tabletop.

With "Tomita-type grater", you can wash every corner without the sponge getting caught, and you can use it hygienically at any time without leaving food residue or smell.
