A great, great cookbook.  One that you like to bring to bed with you and peruse and imagine what you are going make in your donabe (clay-pot) ffor your next dinner party or comforting delicious meal just for you.  Naoko Moore is a master of donabe cooking and has joined forces with California chef Kyle Connaughton to give us delicious, yet so doable donabe recipes.  The recipes for the  dipping sauces are reason enough to bring this one home.  And the fact that Naoko will help you map our your next donabe purchase.   

Lots of beautiful photographs so you can see what you are making.  And filled with many practical tips of how to care for your donabe along with the history of how they are made. We think it is a must have book for all donabe owners.  We love it.
