HOBONICHI TECHO 2027 | WEEKS | V&A Series: Leicester
Hip hip hooray for this is a collaboration with the V&A (Victoria and Albert Museum, London). Drawing from the museum’s unparalleled collections, designs created by William Morris and his creative companions have been turned into a Weeks book. The front cover features John Henry Dearle’s 1912 "Leicester" wallpaper pattern.
We love the quote from William Morris embossed in gold foil on the front cover "Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful." So fitting we believe this is a useful and beautiful weeks.
This book uses thin and light yet durable Tomoe River paper. It's characterized by its ability to hold ink well and provide a smooth writing experience.
The cover has been constructed as a light hardcover book with some give to it so it still bends.
The Weeks comes with a clear, adhesive corner pocket you can stick anywhere you like. In addition to the monthly calendars and weekly pages, there are also plenty of grid-lined memo pages in the back for writing additional plans or journal entries.
The back of the book contains bonus pages such as:
- My 100
- Favorites (a place to log your favorites -could be movies, books, restaurants)
- Phrases to break writers block
- Hobonichi’s Neighborhood: Kanda/Jinbo-cho Map
